Question Details: bugs in my cup. How do I ifile a lawsuit against the company. This is so gross, it is horrible to know I ingested a bug(s) and don't know what they are. WHat do I do?

I hope you still have the cup with the bugs. If so, find a local attorney who can see you right away, because this is a classic case. More importantly, if you start feeling sick at all, go to the doctor or the emergency room, and take the bugs (if you have them) along for them to test; if you have a camera, try to get pictures of the cup and the bugs, right away. Also, keep the receipt for the drink, if you still have it.
