If your tenants have been served with a 30 day notice of eviction of your rental and have not moved within the 30 day time period, your legal option is to file an unlawful detainer action (eviction action) against them in the county court house where the property being rented is located.

Once filed, the tenants need to be served with the summons and complaint. I suggest that you consult with an attorney who practices landlord tenant law to assist you in the event you need to file the unlawful detainer action against your tenants.
