I am presently hold a Resident Independant Adjuster's lic. I also hold an Investigation Agency lic. as well as a CC lic. Is there a conflict?

Question Details: I have an opportunity to perform investigations involving property damage claims for a law office. Would I be in compliance with the law by performing investigations (diagrams, recorded statements, estimates) for the law office if I am not, nor have been previously involved with the claim?

You'd have to check with each of your licensing agencies to be certain, but I'd think that you could investigate a claim for a law office, if you had no other past or present information or involvement with the claim or the underlying incident.  If there had been (for example) a 4-way auto accident with A, B, C, and D as the drivers, you could not investigate A's claim in that accident if you had been involved with the claim for B, C or D from that accident.
