Question: Criminal Defense - Minnesota

I am on parole till Oct 2 2009, and I am ordered to do outpatient treatment but I am on a medication they dont approve will I be violated if I dont go
If I don't go to treatment will I be violated being I only have 5 days left , And if so will it be the remainder of my time or the whole 5 months.I live in MN

You will more than likely be violated if you do not enter outpatient treatment. If you are violated, the hearing office has the option of executing the sentence until expiration or of restructuring your parole with a lighter consequence like 30 days back in prison. You should immediately enter the outpatient program to avoid any problems. These parole officers are on a power trip.
