Can my Will supercedee legal marital rights to property if I would die before my divorce is final?
Question Details: I am married and my spouse says they filed for divorce. I want to write a Will and give everything to my daughter. How can I b certain that my daughter will get everything?

In Florida, spouses have inheritance rights so long as the couple is married. Only after the divorce is final can a spouse (now an ex-spouse) completely disinherit the other spouse.
