DUI / DWI Law Answers

Probably.  I'm not a Pennsylvania attorney, but my research suggests that your state's courts will look back 7 years.  This will probably mean a higher fine, and definitely a longer minimum jail sentence and license suspension.

Pennsylvania does not classify DUI as a motor vehicle ticket, it's a misdemeanor.  You could be sent to jail for as long as six months, and having a lawyer would be a very good idea.
