Question Details: Hi I am from India and one of my neighbor borrowed around $16500 in 5 months but till today he did not repay me. He cheated me for job. I have already asked this question. Now I want to proceed legally on him but I gave all my money to him. So I don't have money. So please help me who can take my case and provide legal assistance.
