If you have stopped making payments on your home, most likely the lender will seek leave to foreclose on it through a petition with the bankruptcy court assuming you have not yet received a discharge.

If you have received a discharge, most likely you will be soon subject to a foreclosure action. From what you have written, it seems as though you would be responsible for making the payments on your home through the escrow account assuming you wish to keep it.
