I am being sued for credit card debt which I am not disputing, I am unemployed no assets or money and I am in financial distress what can they do?

Bankruptcy Law Answers

At present, if you have no income or assets, very little; however, if they sue you and win, they can get a judgement against you that they can seek to enforce at a later date, if/when you do have an income or assets.
