I am a P.R. for an estate, can I list an attorney fee amount that I am willing to pay on a verified statement and request the judge to approve that?

Question Details:

I am a P.R. for an estate. My attorney and I have a fee dispute. Can I just list an attorney fee amount that I am willing to pay on a verified statement and advise that an objection may be filed. Then also on the statement, request the judge to approve the document on the date set allowing enough time for me to send notices and any objections being filed. I am hopeful that the attorney will not object after they see the amount paid out to administrations costs verses what is remaining for the widow. Which is less than $0.00.
