What to do if I'm 17 and my provisional drivers license but got in to a small accident and was issued a careless driving?
Question Details: In my state it is 2 points. Is there anyway to get it knocked down and have the points waived?

No there is no way to get a zero point ticket in NJ if you have a provisonal license, it is against the law.
