There seems to be an increase in the number of passing bad checks charges being brought in Ohio these days. The state code contains certain provisions that contain financial incentives for the merchant given the bad check to file criminal charges. Your best route is to find a good criminal lawyer or criminal defense attorney who can work with you in this matter.
