Question Details: I have found digital nude photos of myself that my husband took while I was sleeping without my consent, and he has posted them online. Is this illegal???

Unless you're under 18 (which would probably make your pictures child pornography, which is punishable by a minimum of 5 years in federal prison), it's probably not illegal.  But it's outrageous, and I would be stunned to hear that this wouldn't be enough for a court to accept your statement that the marriage is "irretrievably broken," which is all you need as grounds for divorce.

It's also possible that you may be able to sue your husband for invasion of privacy, especially if you can prove that he got any legal "benefit" from posting those pictures.

If you find yourself having trouble handling the emotional damage this must have caused you, in any way, please get professional help, most importantly for yourself, and as a "fringe benefit" to help establish real damages for this profoundly crude abuse of your marriage.
