Hurt at work do I have a case with workers' comp and is it worth it?
Question Details:
They did an MRI found out that I have two protrusions on two disks and spinal stenosis. I am on total disability for 2 weeks and the insurance is already paying for my treatments. Also how long will case like this take to settle?

Workers compensation does take a long time. Is your position such that such an injury is not likely to occur? If so, then you should consider taking notes of all pain you feel, all meds you are taking, how long you have to be out of work, whether you need follow-up physical therapy.
It is your choice of whether you choose to proceed with a workers compensation case. However, keep in mind, if it involved your negligence in any way, it may be harder to prove your case and collect.
