How would I get a home left to me in my sister's Will transferred into my name, if it has already gone into probate?

The home will be transferred to you in the order of final distribution of the estate issued by the court; be sure you obtain a  certified copy as you will want to record the order in the county where the real property is located; the certified order when recorded will also help the title company to be able to insure the title when you are selling the home.
