How to file a cross motion and what do i put into it

Question Details: I filed for child support for my daughter and a week to two weeks later her father filed for sole custody. we went before the judge on the 18th of august and we both was awarded joint custody and i was awarded residential custody it was also ordered that he pay 150 plus 15 dollars in arears wekly i have not recieved a payment amd i recieved a notice of motion in the mail from his lawyerin it it has that he wants payments lowered and he listed false statements on why and he is also asking for residential custody he attached a pay stub that i know is false and can prove it

you should immediately file a cross motion for enforcment of litigants rights.  A court order is an order for support that continues up to and unless the courts issue a new order. It can be done on your own but you should know that even if you are not a lawyer you must follow the law and procedure.  Some Courts have forms available for people who try to represent themselves.  And though you can get forms from the Court, they can not and will not give you legal advice.  If the father has purjured (lied) under oath or presented false evidence that was important to the case and he intended that the Court relied on that testimony to rule somehow in his favor, the father would have a serious problem both with the family court judge and the prosecutor.  It is rare that a court would entertain a change in custody without a futher hearing or testimony and investigation.  If you have proof of his real financial situation.  BRING THE PROOF or the person who has first hand knwledge of the real truth.  The court will not rely on just a blank statement the "I KNOW or the evidence is at home ...
