Dear Inquirer:  Your underage Daughter should have legal counsel ASAP.  She may qualify for Pretrial Diversion under applicable law, in order to avoid any actual incarceration or heavy fines, etc. by yhe Court.

Even though a DUI charge is a misdemeanor, it is serious and may result in suspension of driver's license, and heavy fines.

Good luck!
