how much time does agg assault carry for a first time offender
my son was involved in a fight with one of his friends, his friend started fighting with someone, 2 other of his friends got involved , but my son did not through a punch, he told me all he did was get in the middle to brake up the fight , he was then arrested and put in the county prison on charges of agg assault,simple assault ,riot,disorderly conduct
