How much can I expect for my neck injury?
Question Details: An 89 year old woman T-boned me at about 45mph. Her insurance co. took 100% responsibility. Her policy is $300,000. I have 40 % disb. in neck, 6% in shoulder, and TBI. I had surgery on C-4,5,6 with new bones and brackets. I was given between a 7 and 8 disability rating. Should we get full policy?

I would demand it for settlement. I do not know if they will offer it. If you do not already have legal counsel, please contact me to discuss. Negotiating directly with an insurance company is not recommended. I even had another attorney handle my own PI case.
