Question Details: bonded out received court appointed attorney went to court made a plea restitution if couldn't make payments name would be first on docket for trial. But made sure that either payments were or were not made this person could not be rearrested and have to make bond again. Judge and attorney all agreed and papers were signed. He's in jail now with the same charge but this time a higher bond.
Sounds strange and unlawful. Unless the bond has been revoked, then the person should not be required to repost a bond.
