How many individuals are able to lease a property in Clay County (Vermillion) South Dakota who are not related?
Question Details: The home has a main floor and basement which both have 3 bedrooms on each level. It is not considered an apartment complex. There is curently 5 people (all unrelated) on the lease agreement, and was wondering if in fact this is an illegal property lease agreement for Clay County South Dakota that I would be able to break the lease agreement and receive my deposit back?

How many occupants that can legally reside in a residence is a local matter. You would have to speak with the local building and zoning department as to your situation.
