How many days can you work in a row legally in New York State?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.   There is no limit on the number of days you can work in a single work week.  There may however, be restrictions on how many hours you can work in certain types of fields such as nursing, truck driving, commercial transportation, etc.  If you are simply working at a store or office, you should not have any issue.  you need to make sure that you are keeping track of your hours and that you are getting paid for your time.
