Hi.  I am a Maryland barred attorney --  the time frame in this state is 12 years (not 20), but it is possible to "renew" the judgment if you take appropriate steps.   Note that a judgment creditor (the person who won and got the judgment) has a legal right to collect post-judgment interest in this state as well.   I echo the comments of the CT lawyer above - you may wish to talk to a licensed attorney in this state about  post-judgment collection options.  

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  in most states a judgment is good for 20 years.  i suggest that you hire a lawyer to engage in post judgment collection actions such as executing on a bank account, attaching property, or subpoening the officer of the company to court to find out where the money is.
