how long do original charges stay active i was in a fight with my brother in 2001

Question Details: I was in a fight with my brother in 2001 and i was originally charged with like 5 felonys well in the end two months later i was convicted of disturbing the piece yet when i check online all the original charges say ACTIVE what does this mean and why do they still say active when i was convicted of only disturbing the piece?

The docket should accurately reflect what happened in court.  Your probation should already be discharged unless your case is in warrant status.  I'd recommend going to the court and pulling the docket or having an attorney do so if you want peace of mind on this.
