Charged or convicted? Only criminal convictions will appear on your criminal record. If you have only been charged at this point, but not convicted, then this should not appear on your record as a conviction. If you were convicted, then in most states you have to wait up to five years from the date of your sentence/conviction to be eligible for an expungement.
