How long can a person be held without seeing a judge with a "judge only bench warrant"?

In Georgia, you are supposed to "see" a judge within 72 hours on a warrant. However, if it is a bench warrant, there is no time limit.  You need an attorney to try to get a rule nisi signed so you can get to court soon.
