I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. I am not understanding your question. Usually, children are able to stay on their parents health insurance plans until they are 25 years old. then they are required to obtain their own insurance unless the parents have them on some other plan. I need to know specifics as to what you are inquiring about. Please re-ask the question with more specifics.
