How does one become Executor of an Estate of Deceased Father with no will
My Father passed in 1982 my Mother in 2006 I received a notice from a Company stating My Father had Stocks in the company he worked for. I would like to become executor of this estate and have the stocks transfer ed into my name. Please tell me what I need to do?
