How do you locate driver and their insurance company if you only received their name and license plate informaton at the scene of the accident?

Try a Google search on the person's name, and then go to the DMV to try to track down the car's owner. I sure hope you notified your carrier of the accident as it can easily get the other driver's information and you are bound to report all accidents to your carrier promptly.
