how do you get your settlement from an accident if your no longer in the country?

Question Details: i had an accident when i was six, where a car hit me while i was crossing the street, we went to court and my father settled. the agreement was that i get the money after my eighteenth birthday, i am now twenty six. i am not living in the states because my green card was stolen. all i want to know is can i get the money even if I'm in Grenada?
