How do we handle a demand for payment?
Question Details: Our Arizona company is out of business. We owe advertising debt of $3900. The debtor would not allow pmts, or a portion in full & turned over to a collection company who would also not allow pmts, etc. Now a lawyer representing the collection company sent a demand letter. What is next for us?
