How do I stop paying back child support that shouldn't be owed?

Question Details: My ex beat my kids with a belt and did not have them for two years because of that. I still have to pay back child support for those two years. How can I get those two years knocked off of my child support?

Depending on where the children were during that time you may not be able to get child support back. You are required to financially support your children regardless of where they are living. The proper time to modify this would have been during the CSB case that was happening.
