how do i go about getting a copy of a lawsuit I won when I was a minor?

Question Details: I had a lawsuit i won when i was a minor and the lawsuit,i believe at the time awarded me the property i'm currently live in now. I think nobody wants to tell me the details of the lawsuit because that would stop them from recieving rent from me. I think i have been paying rent on property that was awarded to me when i was a minor. How can i get a copy of the settlement details? It has been more than 15-20 years ago.

You'd have to go to the court clerk's office, and give them as much information as you have.  There will be a charge for photocopies of the documents, and you should at the very least get the judgment, and any orders entered after the judgment.

I'd recommend having a lawyer take care of this for you;  he or she will also be able to make sense of what is in the record, and give you reliable advice about what, if anything, you should do.
