How do I get my TV from my ex-wife?

If she refuses to give you the TV, did you ask for the TV in divorce court and is it part of a property agreement ? If so, you can go back into court and inform the court that she is not complying with the divorce agreement. If you made no agreement regarding the TV, then you can try and go back to court and ask for a modification of the agreement. However, I don't know the value of the TV, but it may not be worth the time, cost, and effort. Also, the court may not be too happy about you asking for the TV when you have given your ex-wife everything else that is worth more than the TV. Perhaps you should consider buying a new TV and leave behind the reminder of your divorce.
