How do I get full disclosure from an attorney for professional malpractice after judge delays full disclosure until case is dismissed?
Question Details: I am pro se suing ex attorney but have been denied full disclosure. The judge allowed full disclosure extension until after he heard and dismissed the case per demurrer.. I don't have proof to file for fraud because I don't have full disclosure. CA case, original case attorney never got full disclosure from defense. Please help
