How do I get a paternity test on my son?

Question Details:

I filed for joint custody for my 1-year-old son and now she says he isn't mine. Iam waiting for mediation date in December. Can I do something before then? I need help because she has threatened in the past to take the baby to Mexico. This is why I filed for joint custody; she won't even let me see the baby.

There is a way to request and get paternity test done.  When did you first find out? Do it as soon as you can. If you have money, hire a lawyer. If not, go to local Pro Bono project or contact local Bar Association and find out if pro bono help is available.
