Dear Inquirer:  Contact the Probate Court in the County where your late Grandmother resided and passed away.  Her last Will will be available for a small fee through the permanent records of the Probate Court.

Good luck!

Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, OH.

It would have been probated in the county where she legally resided at the time of her death.  For a small fee you can get a copy; it is now a matter of public record.
