How do I find out if I am in my grandfather's Will?

I am very sorry for your loss.  Once the will is filed with the probate court as a part of the probate process, you may request a copy from the Clerk's office since the will becomes public record.  As an alternative, if you do not want to wait till then, you may ask the Executor for a copy of the will, however, depending on your status, the Executor is not obligated to provide you with one.

I am so sorry for your loss. First you can just sit and wait because f you are a beneficiary under the Will - or entitled to receive under the law because of your familial status - then you will receive notification and a copy of the Will.  This is often a Citation. You can also request a copy from the Executor but your status may determine if you would get a copy.  Once a Will is filed in the Probate Court (or Surrogate's Court in some states) then it is a public record and you can view the entire file.  Good luck.
