I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The agent of service may be found on line.  you go to the secretary of state's website and look for the business/corporations link.  there should be a section of the pages that permits you to look up corporations.  if you know the name of the company you can type it in and the information relating the agent of service and the ownership are there.  if you do not want to go on line you can simply call the secretary of state and ask for the corporations division and ask the person the name of the agent of service for the company.
