How do I file a divorce decree modification agreement?

I signed over my parental rights to my ex-wife and a modification agreement was signed. How do i file it with the Clerk of the Court?

Anything that needs to be filed with a clerk of court can be either taken to the clerk's office or mailed to the clerk's address.  Personally, I prefer to hand deliver them so that I can get a stamped copy in return.
