I would contact one of the 3-national credit agencies or someone in the mortgage or automobile industry and ask them to run your credit.  You will then have a report which shows all outstanding debts and Judgments.

A credit check is a good place to start.  It should show not just your credit accounts but judgments as well.  And there can't be a lien without a judgment.
