How can we get a bond removed after person has shown up for court?
Question Details: A friend has put up her house for a relatives bond. That person has gone to court but we were unaware that the bond was not taken off until we tried to take a loan out. How do we get it removed?

You will have to settle this with the bail-bonds men or the court, depending on who the bond agreement was with. Most bonds are not completely lifted until a persons case has been adjudicated and disposed of. If the case is still pending, then the bond will continue to be applied.
