How can my Mexican fiance get a visa to come to the US for the birth of his baby?

That is a short period of time. The quickest would be to try and get a tourist visa at the nearest US consulate. If that is denied (highly likely since purpose is to be with fiance and child), then you should immediately file for a k1/fiance visa. This will take about 8 months for him to get here safely
It is very unlikely that you can get a fiancee visa within 4-5 months which would be when you would be giving birth to the baby. If you can try to get a visitor's visa to enter the US now or within the next month or so, then you can stay in the US for the birth of the baby. Otherwise, your US citizen fiance would need to petition for you but the process will take about 7-12 months before you can get a visa to enter the US.
