How can I obtain physical joint custody of my son?
My ex say's she will not let my son stay with me on the weekends because she doesn't like my mother. I'm really not fond of her family either but whether you like or dislike someone shouldn't reflect if I have LEGAL right to have my son on the weekends.. I don't have a lot of money to open a custody case which I know can be very expensive what are my options?

A custody battle can be very expensive; starting anywhere from $5000.00 and up. It sounds to me though that all you really want is weekend overnight visitation which is not nearly as complicated or expensive as a custody battle.
