How can I legally break my lease in FL with out it affecting my credit?

Question Details: I need to move out of the area due to not making enough money and want to break my lease. Can I pay a sum of money and not have it go against my credit?

There is no legal way to break your lease. You could certainly negotiate with your landlord, and see whether (s)he will let you out of hte lease in exchange for a lump sum payment, but that is at landlord's option. Other things you could try are subletting, or finding someone to take over the lease from you (assignment).
