How can you get out of a lease early?

Me and my boyfriend would like to get out of our lease. We just can afford to live here. We can't find any jobs here we have been her for 6 months.

You cannot just leave. I suggest you give 60-days notice if possible. The landlord is required to make a good faith effort to relet the premises. Try to leave the place as neat as possible. And realize you will not get your security deposit back. But the landlord has 21 days from the date you vacate to either give you your security deposit back or explain why you are not receiving it. If he does not then you can sue for double your security deposit.
