How can I get my ex-wife's parental rights stripped?
Question Details: She has not used her visitation rights in almost two years, since the divorce. She rarely contacts by phone and doesn't help in any other way either. I am getting remarried and want my wife to adopt my daughter. How can we do this?
You cannot get your "ex's" parental rights as to your minor children stripped. The only way your new spouse can adopt your children is IF your former spouse is willing to sign an adoption agreement where she gives up all parental rights as to the minor children and such is approved by court order.
