How can I get compensation for my auto that was taken from me by the Milwaukee Impound, after accident had no sound mind?
Question Details: I had auto accident, severe, someone cut me off when just started raining, put me in a spin at 50+ m/hr, went for cement medium to stop car and not hit cars. Hospital 4dys, then familys 40 miles away from auto. Extreme concussion and fear of autos. Called Mil. Cty. asked to send brother with money and ID &letter with permission, she, several times said had to come in person, or wouldn't release car. I tried next day, I couldn't. That car sister took pictures, great shape, paid off. Mercury Mystique 95 w/97000 mi. I only felt able to drive this year. How can I get compensation?I am disabled?

Therefore, if you have an insurance policy that has coverage for what is called "uninsured motorist coverage" or any similar kind of coverage, you would have a claim within your own insurance policy because the other driver cannot be found.
