How can I get a loan with out a job or a bank account?

There is guaranteed way or process--all you can do is apply. There are ways to improve your odds--do you own property, a home, or a car that could serve as collaterol? Do you have a 401(k) that you could (in some situations) take a loan out against without penalty? Could someone cosign or guarantee the loan for you? Any of these would improve your odds of getting a loan. Without collaterol though, or a cosignor or guarantor, it is very unlikely you could qualify for a loan w/out a bank account or a job.
