Employment and Labor Law Answers

Retaliation is any action undertaken by an employer in an attempt to have an adverse affect on an employee who has objected to sexual harassment, discrimination, or other illegal activity. It is actionable under both federal and state law.  What you need to do is to contact an employment attorney in your area. They can best advise as to your legal rights.
